Our goal is simple: whether you are in Germany, the UK, or anywhere in the world, we rent, manage, and maintain your home in Istanbul on your behalf.
Our focus is crystal clear: preventing the properties of owners abroad from sitting empty and deteriorating. We rent your house short-term on Airbnb on your behalf, welcome and see off guests, clean it, and intervene if there's a malfunction. We handle everything from tracking bills and dues to periodic inspections. You just monitor your regular rental income — we handle the rest.
