Plumbing might burst in freezing winter cold. A closed-up apartment in summer can develop mold and moisture problems. To prevent all these risks, we visit your home periodically. The moment we walk through the door, we do the following in order: we open the windows to provide natural airing, turn on all faucets to check for leaks, and test the electrical breakers and outlets. We empty your mailbox and forward bill notifications to you. We visually inspect the interior and exterior of the house to spot issues like cracks, moisture stains, or insects. We report every visit in detail with photos. This way, even if you are thousands of miles away, you can be sure your home is safe.
