Key Handover

When the guest arrives at the door, we are there. We welcome them with a smile, say welcome, and help them carry their bags. This isn't just about handing over a key, actually — it's your guest's first moment in Istanbul. If that moment is good, the review will be good too; it's that simple.

Whether it's an English couple from London or a German businessman from Munich — we communicate comfortably with all of them. We speak both Turkish and English, so there is no language barrier. When we meet at the door, we first check their IDs. Then we give them a tour of the house: 'The Wi-Fi password is here, the AC remote is there, this is how the washing machine works.' We show them the nearby market, recommend a nice restaurant, and explain how to get to the metro. We also lay out the house rules, of course — noise after 10 PM, trash day, smoking on the balcony, etc. But we say these politely, not rudely. When the guest is checking out, we make an appointment, go on time, and collect the key. We take a quick look around the house — is anything broken or missing? If there's an issue, we immediately take a photo and let you know. We handle this entire process even while you are asleep. When you wake up, everything is already done.
